Lottie Rose understands that sometimes things just don’t work out & we gladly accept returns. We strive to put out great products that you feel beautiful in, but if a return is needed please follow our policy below. Please note that our return policy is in place for all our customers to follow.

Once an order is placed, the order cannot be canceled nor can an item be taken out of the order.

Items to be returned must be postmarked with 14 days of receiving your order.

When returning your item, you must include the original packaging, the item must have the original tag attached with the original receipt. If the original receipt is misplaced, then please print the confirmation email.

If an item is returned without the receipt or the emailed confirmation, the item to be returned may be delayed.

No need to contact us before returning an item, unless the item is damaged or defective. If the item is defective or damaged, you must notify us within 3 days from delivery.  This notification must include details of the defect with pictures. All defective items must be returned in new condition with tags attached.  This includes no sign of wear or being washed.  Defective items will be returned for store credit.  

Customers may use any shipping method they shall choose. However, it is recommended to use a shipping method with tracking availability.

Shipping costs are the customers responsibility. If the customer ships the item back to us without paying shipping, in order for the return to be processed the customer must pay for the shipping cost within 5 business days. If the shipping costs are not paid for by the customer within the 5 days, the item(s) will be donated to a charity of our choosing.

All sale, clearance or special sale priced items are final and cannot be returned. Accessories cannot be returned. Accessory sales are considered final sale.

Lottie Rose reserves the right to reject an item(s) returned to us if not in the original condition. This includes any sign the item(s) have been worn, tags have been removed, or the item(s) have not been returned within the allowed return period. This includes if an item is returned with stains, smells of perfume, cigarette smoke, deodorant, has been washed/cleaned, or returned with pet hair. Any rejected items can be returned to the customer, but at the customers shipping expense.

Refunds will be given in the form of a store credit for the item purchase amount. Shipping costs will not be refunded. No monetary refunds will be given. The store credit will be sent to the customers email via a credit code. This credit code will be sent to the customers email within 2 business days after the return is processed. Holiday Return Policy

Lottie Rose offers an extended return policy during the holiday season. Any order placed between November 20th-December 24th is eligible for a return until December 31st. All returns must be postmarked by December 31st. All other guidelines remain effective.
