Shipping & Ordering
All orders over $75 within the Continental United States will receive free shipping!
Lottie Rose offers all other items within the Continental United States a flat shipping rate of $5.00. All orders will ship the same day if the order is placed before 1pm Monday-Thursday or before 12pm on Friday, except on holidays.
Items will be shipped via USPS. A tracking number will be received and sent via email to the customer once the item has shipped. Once the item is shipped, Lottie Rose is not responsible for shipping issues. If the item has been noted as delivered, it is the customers responsibility to contact the USPS to file a claim with an issue. Lottie Rose is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, nor is Lottie Rose responsible for refunding for lost or stolen packages.
It is the customers responsibility to provide correct shipping information. Any packages returned to us un-deliverable will be reshipped at the customers expense.
Damaged or Defective Items
Lottie Rose inspects all items before mailing, but let’s face it life’s not perfect. If you believe your item was damaged or defective contact us within 3 days of receipt. Please inspect your items as soon as possible upon arrival. Please note, if we have not received a notification within the allowed time, a store credit will not be given. If you have received an item that has been damaged or is defective, please follow the steps below.
Please take pictures of the item via a smart phone or camera. Please email the pictures to us with the subject line “damaged item”. Please take a picture of the issue, along with a picture of the attached tag & packaging. Please add the item product name and order number.
A store credit will be given for damaged or defective items, when the above policy is followed.
